EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

You can return or change the pants purchased within 30 days.

 

 

Both returns and exchanges in Italy are free.

European ones cost € 30.

   

 

 

 

-Send an email to commerciale@ribbonclothing.it indicating the order number and the trousers purchased that you wish to change / return.

 

-In the case of exchange, specify the model, color and size of those you want to receive, by entering the address of where you want the collection and new shipment to be made.

If in case you want to write us the reasons for a return, we will be happy as it is very important for us to understand how to improve the quality of products and services.

 

-We will send you an email with the exchange / return confirmation.

Put the pants to be changed / returned in the box in which you received them in the same condition in which they were delivered with the tag and not damaged.

 

After our confirmation email, the courier will collect the box within 3 working days. It is not necessary to write the address of the sender and / or recipient on the package. Once we receive the goods in the company, we will carry out a quality control, after which we will refund in case of return or shipment of the new trousers in case of exchange. Refunds will be made in the same way in which the order was purchased.
